Requirements
Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in organizational management and change management.
Strong understanding of health policy issues.
Proven leadership in large-scale systems change and nonprofit governance.
Excellent communication skills and strategic analysis capabilities.
Ability to lead large-scale systems change across an organization.
Deep understanding of multi-faceted, complex city, state and federally funded nonprofit organizations.
Strong knowledge of nonprofit governance and experience interfacing with governing boards.
Ability to coach and mentor others in making key decisions through critical problem-solving skills.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
