About the role

  • Consultant managing corporate secretarial and governance tasks across jurisdictions. Ensuring compliance and client satisfaction in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordination of corporate secretarial work across a range of jurisdictions and time zones worldwide
  • Ensuring clients’ legal entities are compliant with local corporate secretarial obligations
  • Monitoring compliance deadlines, reviewing processes, and guiding clients
  • Management of a number of clients, being a central point of contact
  • Reviewing work performed by international network firms
  • Contributing to revenue through ensuring that invoices are issued accurately and on time
  • Carry out regular update calls with clients to review progress
  • Assist with setting up of new clients and engaging local legal teams
  • Responsible for ensuring clients’ databases are up to date
  • Maintaining internal systems
  • Escalating issues/concerns raised by clients and international network firms

Requirements

  • Strong time management, organisational and planning skills
  • Experience of working in client service industries
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Good rapport building and communication skills
  • Ability to be proactive and work on your own initiative
  • Solution focused, with the ability to deal with conflict confidently
  • A team player, who can work effectively and collaboratively
  • Highly organised individual, experienced in managing competing deadlines and demands
  • IT literate, skills in all MS Office, Excel and Outlook
