Responsibilities
Provide advanced onsite and remote technical support for commercial clients across multiple locations
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, workstations, network devices, and peripherals
Diagnose and resolve complex networking issues
Perform system upgrades, migrations, and hardware refresh projects
Document configurations and procedures in ticketing systems
Maintain professionalism and customer satisfaction during engagements
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a technical support role
Experience with Microsoft environments including Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD
Strong troubleshooting skills in networking and infrastructure
Ability to mentor junior staff
Excellent customer service skills
Must be a US citizen or have authorization to work in the US.
