About the role

  • Production Manager managing end-to-end sponsored content production for LADbible Group. Leading commercial campaigns and integrating brands naturally across various platforms in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end production of sponsored content and commercial campaigns
  • Act as the primary liaison for Client Services
  • Oversee sponsorship deliverables, ensuring campaigns integrate brands naturally
  • Coordinate all production logistics including studios, locations, crews, talent, and post-production
  • Build and manage production budgets, negotiate rates, and maintain profitability
  • Support pitch processes with production feasibility and costing insights
  • Continuously improve internal production processes

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in commercial/sponsored content production management
  • Strong track record delivering sponsor-led campaigns and commercial content
  • Good understanding of social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-volume projects simultaneously
  • Excellent budgeting, negotiation, and commercial oversight skills
  • Highly organised and able to collaborate across teams
  • Strong communication skills
