Requirements
- Master's degree (Level 7, Bac +5) in management, health, or medico-social fields (e.g., Master MOSS, CAFDES).
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with strong empathy for elderly residents and their families.
- Significant experience in directing a medico-social facility is highly desirable.
- Excellent team management, project management, and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of the regulatory and financial aspects related to the medico-social sector.
