About the role

  • Operations Manager at L3Harris directing manufacturing engineering team and executing program objectives. Collaborating cross-functionally for operational success with financial oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Direct daily activities of the manufacturing engineering team and execute operations & program goals.
  • Oversee a team of Manufacturing Engineers, coordinating across multiple functions to ensure program success.
  • Collaborate with both Program office and operations to align schedule commitments with financial goals.
  • Drive process improvement projects to achieve greater efficiency, effectiveness, and reliability with a focus on reduced costs and improved quality.
  • Support internal and external audits of the manufacturing area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant Operations experience
  • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related Operations experience
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
