Senior SAP FI Specialist resolving complex technical issues in SAP S/4HANA and supporting clients in managing their SAP solutions. Collaborating with IT teams and providing exceptional client service.
Responsibilities
Analyse and resolve complex technical issues in SAP S/4HANA (Public Cloud experience is a plus), focusing on SAP FI modules and tailored client solutions
Provide 2nd and 3rd line support to address and resolve tickets efficiently, ensuring quality outcomes for clients
Conduct detailed problem analysis to identify root causes and configure SAP systems for effective solutions
Collaborate with 1st-level support and cross-functional IT teams to deliver timely resolutions
Build trusted relationships with clients by addressing support topics promptly and professionally
Monitor and report on ticket trends to identify recurring issues and drive continuous improvement
Lead and execute minor projects and system changes that meet specific client needs
Maintain clear documentation of issues, solutions, and project changes to support transparency and knowledge sharing
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience with SAP FI and S/4HANA (Public Cloud is a plus)
Written and spoken German - min B2
Written and spoken English – min B2
Experience in implementing business processes with SAP standards software (S/4HANA or BW/4HANA) and implementing customer specific enhancements
Understanding of third-party system integration with SAP FI
Analytical skills to diagnose issues and deliver effective solutions
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Familiarity with ticket management systems
Basic project management skills for small-scale changes
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Commitment to continuous learning and adapting to new technologies
University degree (Bachelor/Master) or equivalent
Nice to have SAP certifications in relevant modules
Understanding of ITIL principles and the overall managed service process
