- Join the L3Harris team as a Field Service Representative
- Deliver comprehensive training, maintenance, product demonstrations, and operational support on tactical radio systems
- Conduct engaging training sessions that include lectures, hands-on laboratory work, and field exercises
- Facilitate courses and product support at L3Harris locations, customer facilities near the San Diego areas and other customer sites worldwide
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tactical communications solutions
- Strong presentation and communication skills, tailored for a variety of audiences
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and within a collaborative environment
- Flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 6 years prior experience
- Graduate Degree with 4 years prior experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
- Ability to obtain a Security Clearance
- Knowledge of L3Harris/RF Communications (AN/PRC-117G, AN/PRC-163, AN/PRC-160, RF-410D, AN/PRC-167) and VSAT terminal products
- RF/Radio or related communications experience preferred
- Experience running Factory Test Stations
- Knowledge of Product Service database (Oracle EBS)
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to work and learn in fast paced production environment
- Experience with Windows office suite
- International travel/experience
- Knowledge of network systems administration, wireless networking, and IT support, including networking router technologies
