About the role

Responsibilities
- Define and implement the overall marketing and brand strategy
- Plan, manage and optimize media, brand and awareness campaigns
- Lead creative development, media strategy and campaign execution across markets
- Own key marketing KPIs such as brand awareness, reach and visibility
- Build scalable marketing processes and structures for a growing digital platform
- Work closely with sales to hand over qualified demand (clear separation of roles)
Requirements
- Several years of experience in a senior marketing role, ideally in sports, entertainment or digital platforms
- Proven experience building and managing international brands, particularly in European markets
- Strong expertise in media and campaign strategy, brand building and creative leadership
- Deep understanding of brand management, storytelling and effective USP communication
- Strategic thinker with strong operational execution skills
- Experience collaborating with agencies, creative teams and media partners
- Clear marketing focus with a strong separation from traditional sales roles
- Fluent in English and German
- Willingness to travel within Europe (approx. 25%)
