Responsibilities
Lead MarCom, Digital Marketing, Events, and Customer Education functions.
Develop and deliver the annual marketing communications plan aligned to business strategies; modify as needed throughout the year.
Manage execution of integrated marketing plans across digital channels, conferences, customer education, and the sales force.
Create, execute, and track effective marketing campaigns.
Develop and oversee conference strategy and execution, including national and regional events.
Build and manage the customer education plan, including project management, planning, and metric tracking.
Oversee content development projects.
Serve as the liaison between the creative team, external agencies, and internal stakeholders.
Stay current on digital and marketing trends.
Provide coaching, leadership, and direction to direct reports.
Track budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Participate in any reasonable work activities as assigned by management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Advertising, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Digital marketing strategy experience required.
Healthcare/medical device industry experience strongly preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
Web experience helpful.
Advanced to intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
