Responsibilities
Infrastructure Specialists at Kyndryl are project-based subject matter experts in all things infrastructure – good at providing analysis, documenting and diagraming work for hand-off, offering timely solutions, and generally “figuring it out.”

Requirements
Over 5 years' experience with bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English.
Experience in the IT industry with a focus on Mainframe knowledge on JCL, zOS
Experience working with Japanese clients.
Excellent in Japanese skills both translation and interpretation
Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) level should be N1/N2
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot systems.
Expected to do the work according to SOP’s (In Japanese).
Proven hands-on experience in SCRUM or Project Management.
Familiar with a variety of IT concepts, practices, and procedures.
Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
Logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
