Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Specialists at Kyndryl are project-based subject matter experts in all things infrastructure – good at providing analysis, documenting and diagraming work for hand-off, offering timely solutions, and generally “figuring it out.”

Requirements
- Over 5 years' experience with bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English.
- Experience in the IT industry with a focus on Mainframe knowledge on JCL, zOS
- Experience working with Japanese clients.
- Excellent in Japanese skills both translation and interpretation
- Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) level should be N1/N2
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot systems.
- Expected to do the work according to SOP’s (In Japanese).
- Proven hands-on experience in SCRUM or Project Management.
- Familiar with a variety of IT concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
- Logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
