Responsibilities
- Solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across platforms and services
- Provide advanced 24x7 support for BeyondTrust PAM services
- Lead onboarding of privileged users, service accounts, and platforms
- Configure and maintain BeyondTrust policies, workflows, and integrations
- Troubleshoot complex PAM issues and perform root cause analysis
- Act as escalation point for incidents and high-priority requests
- Support audits, risk reviews, and compliance assessments
- Drive automation, operational improvements, and SOP updates
- Mentor junior analysts and support knowledge transitions
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in PAM / IAM / Cybersecurity operations
- Strong hands-on experience with BeyondTrust PAM
- Solid knowledge of AD, Windows/Linux, and cloud platforms
- Experience working in global 24x7 support models
- Strong stakeholder coordination and incident management skills
- BeyondTrust or IAM/Security certifications
- Experience in large enterprise or regulated environments
