About the role

  • Administrator handling administrative tasks for the mental health charity Waythrough. Efficient data entry and team collaboration to support service users in Bradford and Keighley.

Responsibilities

  • Handle administrative tasks efficiently to support the smooth operation of the services.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry on computer systems, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate closely with our team of professionals to deliver high-quality services to service users in Bradford and Keighley
  • Act as a key liaison for communication within the team and with external partners.
  • Contribute proactively to team meetings and discussions, offering insights to enhance our services and processes.
  • Take on additional administrative duties as required to support the organisation's objectives.
  • Inputting data into SystmOne.
  • Deliver a welcoming front-of-house experience while providing efficient back-office support to service teams.

Requirements

  • Professional and approachable attitude
  • The ability to use your own initiative and work as part of a team.
  • Have excellent organisational and communicational skills.
  • Reception/admin experience and/or skills is desirable.
