Responsibilities
Maintenance and administration of Windows client and server environments
Provide 1st and 2nd level support as part of the IT Service Desk
User, permissions, and system administration in Microsoft 365
Support for network design and operation (TCP/IP, LAN, WLAN)
Participation in IT projects and technical implementation of changes
Work with standard ticketing systems and maintain structured documentation
Requirements
Completed IT vocational training (e.g., IT specialist for system integration)
At least 5 years of professional experience in IT support or system administration
Strong knowledge of Windows clients, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365
Confident handling of networks (TCP/IP, VLAN, WLAN, routing, switching)
Experience with Microsoft Intune and Azure is a plus
Independent, solution-oriented working style and ability to work in a team
