About the role

  • IT-Systemadministrator providing 1st and 2nd level support in Leipzig, Germany. Managing Windows client/server environments and collaborating on IT projects in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance and administration of Windows client and server environments
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support as part of the IT Service Desk
  • User, permissions, and system administration in Microsoft 365
  • Support for network design and operation (TCP/IP, LAN, WLAN)
  • Participation in IT projects and technical implementation of changes
  • Work with standard ticketing systems and maintain structured documentation

Requirements

  • Completed IT vocational training (e.g., IT specialist for system integration)
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT support or system administration
  • Strong knowledge of Windows clients, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365
  • Confident handling of networks (TCP/IP, VLAN, WLAN, routing, switching)
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune and Azure is a plus
  • Independent, solution-oriented working style and ability to work in a team
