Responsibilities
Analyze operational, sales, and marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth
Support business development initiatives by providing strategic recommendations based on data driven analyses
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) using Excel and Power BI
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize campaigns, product launches, and sales strategies

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
Proven experience in an analytical role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and complex formulas
Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization
Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data modeling concepts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
