About the role

  • Office Administrator providing administrative support at KWS Türk's Vegetable Unit. Responsibilities include organization, communication, and financial tracking in Türkiye.

Responsibilities

  • Providing organizational and administrative support to the Head of Breeding and the Administration Manager
  • Tracking incoming/outgoing emails as well as managing ongoing processes and appointments
  • Handling phone calls with domestic and international stakeholders; managing both internal and external communication
  • Supporting operational HR processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Economics from a university where the language of instruction is English
  • Fluent Turkish and at least B2 level English (a spoken English test will be conducted)
  • Minimum two years of work experience in Accounting or Finance
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Class B driver’s license and active driving ability
