About the role

  • CRM & Marketing Specialist for KWS enhancing Salesforce usage in daily operations. Collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to drive business value.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales teams in adopting and using Salesforce in their daily activities
  • Shift the CRM from a historical perspective to a forward-looking approach (pipeline, market potential, farmer-level view)
  • Structure, enrich and ensure the reliability of databases (farmers, farms, acreage, potential)
  • Manage data quality, reporting and GDPR compliance
  • Set up and monitor marketing campaigns (segmentation, activation)
  • Act as the interface with the Group (notably Germany) and align sales and marketing practices

Requirements

  • Significant experience in a CRM, business, sales & marketing role or in change management
  • Strong appetite for fieldwork and close collaboration with sales teams
  • Proven ability to engage stakeholders, persuade and drive changes in practices
  • Business-oriented (sales & marketing), pragmatic and results-driven
  • Sensitivity to data quality and data utilization, with a concrete, operational approach
  • Comfortable working in a cross-functional and matrixed environment
  • Fluent in French and English
