Responsibilities
Independently create and process customer orders in SAP from relevant channels (e.g., webshop/portals, phone, e‑mail) through to invoicing, including aftersales services (returns/complaints/credit notes)
Proactive monitoring of order and delivery status for a selected group of customers, including providing information and coordinating with relevant departments (e.g., Sales/Logistics/Customer)
Full responsibility for communicating with customers about order status in close coordination with Sales / KAM (Key Account Management) and handling customer inquiries
Preparation and communication of end-of-season settlements and seasonal credit notes
Proactive monitoring of systems and processes, identifying improvement opportunities and communicating these to the Tools & Systems team
Maintenance of order-processing master data in the relevant systems
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training with a focus on industry, production, IT, or a comparable qualification
Initial professional experience in a similar role is desirable
Confident user of MS Office; knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is an advantage
Friendly, customer-oriented communication style and enjoyment working with multiple interfaces/stakeholders
Independent, structured and reliable working style combined with initiative and flexibility
Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
