Responsibilities
Conducting Visits and Targeted Training for Franchise Units: Support and develop instructors and franchisees, promoting integration and ongoing training. Adapt the approach according to each franchisee’s profile and stage, ensuring correct application of the Kumon Method. Plan and deliver training tailored to the specific needs of each unit, strengthening autonomy and operational quality.
Preparing Reports and Follow-up Plans: Develop action and follow-up plans based on key indicators (enrollments, IC6, TMP). Prepare visit reports and keep information updated for support teams and managers. Monitor results and propose continuous improvement strategies. Support the implementation of digital tools and ensure the organization of schedules and processes. Contribute to plans and initiatives to strengthen the Kumon brand.
Coordinating and Leading Meetings: Coordinate and present regional and general meetings with franchisees, ensuring clear communication and integration among units. Provide support for meetings with parents and for brand-strengthening events. Act as a liaison between headquarters and units, maintaining a consistent and transparent flow of information.
Tailored Consultations: Provide consultations aligned with the needs and profile of each franchise unit. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of guidance, analyze results, and propose specific development plans. Promote the exchange of best practices and the strengthening of the franchise network.
Data Analysis: Manage and analyze data to monitor unit performance indicators. Interpret results and propose strategic actions that support sustainable growth and improvement of key metrics. Use digital tools for monitoring and decision-making support.
Franchisee, Student and Parent Satisfaction: Contribute to the satisfaction and loyalty of franchisees, students and parents through close, empathetic and results-oriented engagement. Support events and initiatives that promote engagement and strengthen the Kumon brand.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed).
Basic English knowledge (desired).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills.
Experience with franchises, business operations, commercial areas and/or consultancies (experience in education is a plus).
Experience with social media and general technology.
Availability to travel.
Reside in Curitiba and/or the metropolitan area.
Alignment with the education field, the Kumon method and the company’s philosophy.
