Kumon consultant responsible for analyzing and implementing strategies for franchise expansion in Brazil. Collaborating with regional teams to encourage educational growth and development.
Responsibilities
Analyze expansion opportunities for new franchises in line with corporate strategies, taking into account regional characteristics and specificities.
Conduct property analysis and prospecting using tools such as OnMaps and/or on-site visits.
Prospect franchisee candidates (Kumon center instructors), evaluate regional alternatives and propose actions based on cost and resource analysis.
Plan the stages of the unit opening process, coordinating regional travel, internal activities and corporate or branch events.
Manage contacts received via the website and update the recruitment system.
Participate in pre- and post-opening trainings, introductory presentations, business model meetings and candidate interviews during the opening process.
Monitor online studies and pre-opening teaching materials, ensuring compliance with the established schedule.
Provide feedback to candidates after training and after unit openings.
Request layouts and façades/signage from the responsible department, ensuring documentation deadlines are met.
Contribute to the definition of strategies for franchise network projects and/or new business initiatives.
Keep activity controls up to date, proactively identifying and addressing critical issues.
Propose improvements to processes related to the area of responsibility.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed).
Basic Spanish (desired).
Intermediate English.
Professional experience in expansion and/or commercial areas.
Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced).
Active driver's license (CNH) and experience driving on highways.
Experience in school management or the education sector will be considered a plus.
