About the role
- Business Analyst II at Kroll supporting U.S. operations with analysis and project management in a hybrid role. Working with stakeholders to enhance efficiency and delivery for service lines.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from U.S. stakeholders and internal KBS teams.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and/or technical specifications.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation to support development and QA.
- Validate outputs against requirements and support UAT cycles to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Coordinate and manage a small portfolio of projects, ensuring milestones are met and stakeholders are informed.
- Maintain project plans, trackers, and dashboards in tools such as Monday.com, JIRA, or Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Document and communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies.
- Serve as a liaison between Client Services, Technology, and Operations, ensuring alignment on priorities and deliverables.
- Collaborate with global team members across the U.S., India, and Manila.
- Support process standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement across the service line.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or project management within a professional services or technology-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills, with excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in tools like Monday.com, JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), Confluence, or MS Project.
- Exposure to Agile delivery or iterative project methodologies preferred.
