About the role
- Senior Business Analyst supporting supply chain operations for Kramp. Collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to enhance supplier-to-warehouse processes and systems.
Responsibilities
- Analyse end-to-end supplier-to-warehouse processes in an international supply chain environment
- Identify root causes of issues related to availability, forecasting, ordering, supplier performance and data quality
- Translate business needs into clear requirements, functional designs and process improvements
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to align analysis outcomes with the product roadmap and priorities
- Support configuration, testing and implementation of changes in Slim4, Oracle Supplier Portal and EDI solutions
- Work with stakeholders in Buying, Supply Chain Planning, Supply Chain Operations and IT to ensure successful adoption
- Monitor and validate whether implemented changes deliver the intended business impact
Requirements
- A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, IT or a comparable field
- Several years of relevant experience (typically 4–7+ years) in supply chain, business analysis or digitalisation roles
- Solid understanding of supplier-to-warehouse processes, including forecasting, demand planning, ordering and supplier collaboration
- Experience working with systems such as Slim4, Oracle and/or EDI platforms (or comparable tools)
- Proven experience translating business requirements into implemented system and process changes
