About the role

  • Sr Business Analyst supporting business decision-making for Managed Accounts with a focus on operational efficiency. Liaising between technology, business, and external parties for project support and implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Support day to day Managed Account Operations and Trade correction processing from identifying open issues, then driving forward solutions
  • Act as liaison among business leaders, staff, and vendors to gather information and share best practices
  • Provide timely and accurate documents and communication to business owners

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Prior operations experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proactively reviews and evaluates day-to-day processes for improvement
  • Self-directed learner with ability to work independently and with minimal guidance
  • Strong relationship and communication skills in working with colleagues and leaders
  • In-depth knowledge of business operations and processes with ability to articulate these processes to others
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
