About the role
- Senior Product Manager leading CPQ capabilities for C&I and B2B clients at Kraken. Driving a flexible and robust product to enable utilities in acquiring and retaining business customers.
Responsibilities
- lead CPQ (Configure - Price - Quote) capabilities for C&I and B2B clients
- own the end-to-end sales journey for commercial and industrial customers, including lead & opportunity management
- oversee configurable negotiation workflows and internal approvals
- ensure pricing, quoting, and commercial rules engines are aligned to pricing strategy
- design a product that enables utilities to acquire and retain business customers
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management, ideally in enterprise SaaS, energy, fintech, or CRM/CPQ systems
- love making sense of messy, high-impact workflows that blend pricing, data, rules, and UX
- comfortable diving into details - but can also communicate a clear, inspiring vision
- strategic thinker who can anticipate long-term implications and guide multi-market solutions
- enjoy working with enterprise clients and navigating competing priorities with firmness and clarity
- make decisions quickly, bring stakeholders along, and avoid consensus paralysis
- open to travel around 1 week per month (EU but also APAC and NA upon needs)
