Responsibilities
Assisting with Board meeting preparations, including scheduling of meetings, collation and circulation of pre-read materials, plus coordination of Board Minutes
Assisting with matter-specific Board resolutions, including coordinating any local counsel review and assisting with execution.
Assisting with regulatory registrations, filings and related matters.
Monitoring for relevant legislative updates in applicable jurisdictions, communicating these to team members and support with associated advice to stakeholders.
Collating, organising and updating transaction and project documents, including version control and scheduling periodic reviews of these as necessary
Supporting with the preparation and maintenance of transaction documents, ensuring accurate record-keeping for completed matters.
Coordinating the production, maintenance and storage of template / precedent documents, including identification of necessary updates based on regulatory changes
Requirements
Significant and demonstrable experience aligned with the role, preferably gained within an in-house legal function.
University degree or equivalent.
Highly proficient working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint.
Effective communication in a multi-national corporate and business environment.
Ability to interact with senior management and other OGC stakeholders, exercising diplomacy and good judgment.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Highly organized and with the ability to plan ahead, including coordination of multiple deadlines and priority management.
Acts with integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
Detail oriented with an ability to quickly identify and concisely articulate solutions, including an aptitude for proof reading.
Highly motivated and enthusiastic self-starter, able to work with multiple stakeholders, including in different time zones.
