Responsibilities
- Ensure the company’s operational processes and strategic projects are correctly implemented and scaled across cities.
- Deploy validated models (e.g., São Paulo) to other markets.
- Lead new projects to increase capacity.
- Reduce churn.
- Improve operational efficiency and increase sales.
- Implement operational processes in cities.
- Replicate operational models validated in São Paulo and other mature markets.
- Lead operational improvement projects (capacity, churn, sales, efficiency).
- Support restructurings in cities experiencing performance decline.
- Diagnose operational bottlenecks and design structural solutions.
- Monitor performance indicators after implementations.
- Work closely with the Launch Team, BI, and the Expansion Manager.
- Adapt processes to local contexts without losing standardization.
