Responsibilities

  • Manage customer projects as a Service Delivery Engineer
  • Ensure technical response to customers in dealing with anomalies and incidents
  • Interact with customers to gather information for investigations
  • Participate in 24/7 technical support rotation
  • Ensure completion of work packages within budget and timescale
  • Define and document commissioning, integration, testing, and acceptance procedures
  • Coordinate efforts to resolve problems during commissioning, integration, or testing
  • Report to project manager on customer requests or risks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Telecom engineering
  • At least five years of experience or willingness to learn as a junior candidate
  • Technical skills in telecommunications or IT environment (Windows, Linux, IP, VMs, HW basis)
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity and software development would be a plus
  • Interest in deployment, operation and maintenance services in mobile solutions end-to-end
  • Passion for technology and interest in defining complex solutions
  • Capacity for analysis and summarization
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer engagement
  • Fluent in English and strong knowledge of working with IT platforms.
