About the role

  • Lithography Engineer advancing semiconductor fabrication processes at Intel's Manufacturing Development and Customer Engineering team. Partnering with manufacturing to enhance performance, yield, and optimize costs.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with manufacturing teams to identify process improvement opportunities
  • Design and implement lithography process enhancements that increase yield and reduce variability
  • Lead cross-functional projects focused on performance optimization and cost reduction
  • Work closely with Technology Development teams and equipment vendors to evaluate new materials and processes
  • Drive hardware roadmap initiatives and resolve process compatibility challenges
  • Deploy advanced metrology solutions across multiple fabrication facilities
  • Collaborate with process integration teams to develop comprehensive patterning strategies
  • Manage complex technical initiatives from concept through implementation

Requirements

  • Masters in Electrical Engineering , Materials Science, Physics, or STEM related field of study and 7 + years industry experience
  • 4+ Years of experience in advanced semiconductor lithography processes
  • 2+ Years of experience in semiconductor device physics and materials science
  • 2+ Years of experience optimizing lithography equipment in production environments
  • Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DOE)
  • Experience in integrated process development and technology transfer
