- Lithography Engineer advancing semiconductor fabrication processes at Intel's Manufacturing Development and Customer Engineering team. Partnering with manufacturing to enhance performance, yield, and optimize costs.
Responsibilities
- Partner with manufacturing teams to identify process improvement opportunities
- Design and implement lithography process enhancements that increase yield and reduce variability
- Lead cross-functional projects focused on performance optimization and cost reduction
- Work closely with Technology Development teams and equipment vendors to evaluate new materials and processes
- Drive hardware roadmap initiatives and resolve process compatibility challenges
- Deploy advanced metrology solutions across multiple fabrication facilities
- Collaborate with process integration teams to develop comprehensive patterning strategies
- Manage complex technical initiatives from concept through implementation
Requirements
- Masters in Electrical Engineering , Materials Science, Physics, or STEM related field of study and 7 + years industry experience
- 4+ Years of experience in advanced semiconductor lithography processes
- 2+ Years of experience in semiconductor device physics and materials science
- 2+ Years of experience optimizing lithography equipment in production environments
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DOE)
- Experience in integrated process development and technology transfer
