Responsibilities
Own the day-to-day creation, quality, and continuous improvement of marketing web experiences on konghq.com.
Build and maintain content in our CMS, launch and manage A/B tests, and apply thoughtful CSS and JavaScript enhancements.
Partner closely with Marketing, Design, and Web Engineering to deliver high-quality experiences while helping reduce engineering lift for marketing content production.
Improve documentation, enable others to build in the CMS, and proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve web quality.
Build, publish, and maintain marketing content in Payload CMS.
Set up and manage A/B tests in VWO.
Apply custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to resolve layout, styling, or interaction issues.
Document workflows, standards, and best practices for CMS content and experimentation.
Train and support marketing stakeholders in building and maintaining their own content.
Requirements
3–7+ years of experience building and managing web pages or digital experiences
Experience working in a complex CMS (Payload CMS strongly preferred)
Hands-on experience with experimentation platforms (VWO preferred)
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Comfortable working within established codebases and making careful, incremental changes
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity
Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
Familiarity with SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization best practices (Nice to Have)
Experience partnering directly with marketing or growth teams (Nice to Have)
Experience working with distributed teams across time zones (Nice to Have)
Ability to interpret experiment results and web analytics data (Nice to Have).
