Responsibilities
- As a Product Manager (m/f/d), you identify improvement potentials across the entire product lifecycle based on your analyses of the market and the product (including software and consumables), initiate measures and monitor their success.
- You define requirements for product enhancements and contribute to the design of new products.
- You cooperate with our marketing team to jointly plan, implement and optimize marketing activities (web presence, trade shows, brochures, demo systems) for product launches and ongoing sales.
- You prepare the necessary product documentation.
- In addition, you develop specific training programs and conduct trainings using modern methods.
- You analyze order wins and losses to plan, initiate and monitor improvement measures.
- As a Project Design Engineer (m/f/d), your main task is to develop concepts to solve complex customer projects, if necessary together with technical contacts.
- You support sales in clarifying these projects and, in special cases, visit our customers together with sales.
- You review specifications and prepare technical proposals as well as requirements/specification documents.
- You are responsible for the technical coordination of these projects during the implementation phase.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience
- Experience in device/project planning and product management is desirable
- Excellent technical understanding and spatial imagination
- Sales- and customer-oriented approach
- Strong communication skills and a structured way of working
- Very good German and English, spoken and written
