Responsibilities
- As part of its growth, the firm is recruiting an Accounting Associate (m/f)
- You will be responsible for a diverse client portfolio
- As a true partner to company leaders, you will oversee accounting and financial management
- Develop your client portfolio
- Prospect, persuade and secure the signing of engagements
- Advise company leaders on accounting, VAT and business strategy
- Build and maintain a local network that generates business
- Lead local operations: business development, cash management, prioritization
- Build and manage your local team
- Regular reporting with the director (weekly / monthly)
Requirements
- Higher education in accounting/finance (BTS, DCG, DSCG, etc.)
- Significant experience in an accounting firm
- Possess an existing client portfolio and the ability to manage it autonomously
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to be involved in the firm's development
- Strong interpersonal skills and a confident advisory approach
