About the role
- Join the KOMSA Procurement team as a buyer responsible for sourcing products and services. Conduct research and negotiations to ensure optimal agreements for internal needs.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for procuring products and services to meet the internal needs of the entire KOMSA Group
- Conduct research, request quotations and run tenders to identify the best suppliers and service providers
- Review and evaluate offers, issue purchase orders and monitor deliveries and services
- Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts to secure optimal agreements
- Manage purchasing contracts with regard to strategic objectives
- Perform invoice verification and manage complaints
- Maintain regular coordination with suppliers and service providers, conduct meetings and evaluations
- Support process optimization to implement efficient workflows
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration
- Practical experience in a commercial area, especially in procurement or in cooperation with suppliers and service providers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills and a professional, confident manner
