Responsibilities
Responsibility for procuring products and services to meet the internal needs of the entire KOMSA Group
Conduct research, request quotations and run tenders to identify the best suppliers and service providers
Review and evaluate offers, issue purchase orders and monitor deliveries and services
Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts to secure optimal agreements
Manage purchasing contracts with regard to strategic objectives
Perform invoice verification and manage complaints
Maintain regular coordination with suppliers and service providers, conduct meetings and evaluations
Support process optimization to implement efficient workflows
Requirements
Successfully completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration
Practical experience in a commercial area, especially in procurement or in cooperation with suppliers and service providers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation skills and a professional, confident manner
Solution-oriented and analytical thinking
High level of initiative and sense of responsibility
