About the role
- Product Designer at Körber creating intuitive and consistent UX/UI across product portfolio. Collaborating with Product Owners and Development teams to translate complex requirements into user-friendly designs.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences, including user flows, journeys, wireframes, and interaction patterns.
- Translate complex requirements and constraints into intuitive, efficient, and accessible experiences.
- Ensure usability, clarity, and consistency across all user-facing touchpoints.
- Responsible for using available data to support decisions.
- Identify experience risks and usability gaps early and proactively propose improvements.
- Create high-fidelity UI designs aligned with the design system and brand guidelines.
- Work closely with Product Owners during discovery and delivery to shape clear and usable solutions.
- Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the design system.
- Clearly communicate design decisions, rationale, and trade-offs.
Requirements
- Degree in Digital Product Design or related fields (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer in a B2B or complex software environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, interaction design, and UI execution.
- Experience working closely with Product and Development teams in an agile environment.
- Ability to clearly explain and defend design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
