About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Partner at Knix crafting recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Managing full-cycle recruitment for a respected intimate apparel and activewear brand in North America.

Responsibilities

  • Design effective recruitment strategies that lead hiring managers to building effective teams
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all hourly and salary positions
  • Maintain high volume of full cycle requisitions effectively
  • Search and activate passive candidates for key positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to navigate the talent landscape
  • Maintain a high level of data accuracy within the applicant tracking system
  • Drive applications using various platforms & tools
  • Own initiatives that bring the employer brand to life

Requirements

  • 4 years or more of experience in a high volume, full-cycle recruitment role within a growing retail business
  • A track record of maintaining multiple requisitions and can manage high-volume recruitment periods
  • Previous experience in an agency environment is considered a strong asset
  • Multichannel approach to recruitment including inbound applicants, sourcing, referrals, social media
  • Experience developing strategies for challenging roles
  • Sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter & Indeed Resume database
  • Use of an enterprise level Applicant Tracking System, administration experience is an asset
  • Exceptional storytelling skills to represent Knix in the market as an employer of choice
  • Strong, clear communicator who knows how to influence stakeholders on talent acquisition best practices
  • Build meaningful relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Highly self-directed and solution-oriented with a high sense of urgency to deliver results
