About the role

  • Digital Sales Coordinator responsible for reports and analyses of online marketplaces. Collaborating with teams for customer identification and technical CRM implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of reports, as well as market and competitive analyses for online marketplaces
  • Selection and analysis of new marketplaces
  • Identification of new customers
  • Technical implementation in the CRM system
  • Support in expanding existing and new merchant relationships
  • Creation and revision of statistics and presentation of results

Requirements

  • University degree, ideally in Economics/Business Administration, E‑Commerce, Marketing, Business Informatics, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in digital sales, e‑commerce, or online marketing
  • Proficient with digital platforms
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
  • Experience working with international teams and projects
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills, intercultural sensitivity, and a collaborative mindset
