Responsibilities
Manage and support our existing customers in the sales territory on all technical and commercial matters
Convince planners and project owners of the advantages of the self‑boring TITAN system through technical, solution‑oriented consulting
Identify, recruit and qualify suitable specialist foundation engineering contractors for the installation of the TITAN system
Build and optimize the sales structure on a strategic and operational level
Present the products at technical seminars and trade fairs
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Geotechnical Engineering
Ideally, initial professional experience in the construction industry and in sales
Business‑fluent English for sales contexts (approx. B2) and good knowledge of German — proficiency in a Slavic language is a major advantage
Enthusiasm for engineering problem‑solving and design
Enjoy sales and demonstrate a confident, persuasive presence
Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30%)
