About the role

  • Export Sales Manager Geotechnic responsible for customer support in Eastern Europe. Engaging with clients and managing sales strategies for the TITAN system.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support our existing customers in the sales territory on all technical and commercial matters
  • Convince planners and project owners of the advantages of the self‑boring TITAN system through technical, solution‑oriented consulting
  • Identify, recruit and qualify suitable specialist foundation engineering contractors for the installation of the TITAN system
  • Build and optimize the sales structure on a strategic and operational level
  • Present the products at technical seminars and trade fairs

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Geotechnical Engineering
  • Ideally, initial professional experience in the construction industry and in sales
  • Business‑fluent English for sales contexts (approx. B2) and good knowledge of German — proficiency in a Slavic language is a major advantage
  • Enthusiasm for engineering problem‑solving and design
  • Enjoy sales and demonstrate a confident, persuasive presence
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30%)
