  • Global HR Business Partner at Knauf Ceiling Solutions focused on strategic people management and organisational change. Collaborating with leaders to develop talent and drive initiatives across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders on strategic people topics
  • Build leadership maturity through coaching and feedback
  • Work closely with local HR for compliance matters
  • Lead and govern the global people & change strategy
  • Represent the people & change function in cross functional programmes
  • Collaborate closely with Centres of Expertise and local HR teams to deliver coherent solutions

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Psychology, HR or Organisational Development (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years as a global HR Business Partner in a complex, matrixed organisation
  • Proven project management skills
  • Expertise in organisational design and change management
  • Collaborative and influential, able to coach and challenge senior leaders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and other languages are a plus.
