Responsibilities
You advise Sales and Operations on all matters related to payment.
You are responsible for the Payment function for the company in cooperation with the Finance and Accounting department of the holding company and with two regional staff members.
You support operational colleagues with challenges related to POS systems, terminals, top-up devices, etc.
Together with your team, you review compliance with procedural instructions related to payment.
You report directly to the Commercial Managing Director and prepare documentation and proposals to further develop the Payment area.
Requirements
A successfully completed degree (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Financial Management, Controlling) or completed commercial vocational training (e.g., Office Management Clerk, Industrial Clerk, Bank Clerk) or a comparable qualification is required.
At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role and industry are required.
Initial leadership experience is desirable.
Excellent written and spoken German is essential for flawless internal and external communication.
Strong MS Office skills are essential for, among other things, preparing statistics and templates.
