About the role
- IT-Network Administrator overseeing network administration and support for a healthcare organization with focus on security and system documentation.
Responsibilities
- Administration of Cisco Catalyst switches and the Cisco Wireless LAN Controller (WLC) environment
- Maintenance and support of the network environment
- Maintenance and support of telecommunication systems (Avaya/Ascom)
- Troubleshooting processes in 2nd and 3rd level support
- Active and conceptual participation in projects related to IT service operations
- Implementing and monitoring IT security measures
- Documentation and adaptation of our systems to the latest requirements
- Monitoring IT infrastructure and system availability using the established monitoring system PRTG
- Coordination of external service providers
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in IT, e.g., IT specialist for system integration or equivalent qualification
- Ideally: solid professional experience
- Experience managing networks (Cisco ISE/Catalyst Center) and telecommunication systems
- Basic knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Problem-solving, independent working style
- Strong hands-on mentality and excellent communication skills
- Willingness to continuously learn
- Team player with strong cooperation skills
