Acts as an onsite Facility and Capacity coordinator
Conducts monthly building walk thrus
Partners with Facilities Proper for transitions

Serves as the primary point of contact for reporting facility issues
Plans/manages equipment moves in and out of buildings
Supports video teleconferencing meetings for engineering departments
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of relevant exempt experience
Master’s Degree and 4 years of relevant professional experience
Knowledge of spatial planning and space utilization
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively
