Responsibilities
Define and deploy the medium- and long-term commercial data strategy
Identify market opportunities and growth levers (verticals, offerings, key accounts)
Monitor sales KPIs, pipeline, and margins to manage performance
Ensure operational follow-up of major accounts and participate in strategic meetings
Develop action plans to maximize customer value and retain partners
Advise clients on their data projects and identify high value-added needs
Lead and actively participate in prospecting new clients and markets
Define commercial offers, sales arguments, and tailored proposals
Support teams in preparing and negotiating complex contracts
Supervise, train, and motivate sales teams and business developers
Implement processes, tools, and methods to optimize operational work and sales performance
Rally teams around the data vision and growth objectives
Monitor market trends, innovations, and competitors' offerings in data and AI
Contribute to the development of the commercial offering and internal materials
Participate in events, conferences, and client debriefs or case studies to showcase the company’s expertise
Requirements
Master’s degree (business school) or equivalent
10+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in data, AI, or technology consulting
Proven experience in developing strategic accounts and managing major clients
Strong skills in prospecting and closing complex contracts
Leadership, strong interpersonal skills, ability to unite and persuade teams and clients
Autonomy, rigor, results-orientation, and a taste for innovation
Experience setting up commercial processes and managing sales teams
