About the role

  • New Business Manager building client relationships and partnerships for MAI klaro media. Engaging in digital marketing solutions and business development in Hamburg.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and proactively approaching new clients
  • Establishing new partner agencies and strategic partnerships
  • Ownership of the new-business process from initial contact through contract signing
  • Building a qualified pipeline and working in a structured way across defined sales stages
  • Understanding client requirements and developing tailored solutions
  • Preparing presentations and delivering compelling client pitches
  • Handling inquiries from our partner agencies and serving as the central point of contact for collaboration
  • Presenting to clients together with partner agencies
  • Working in a structured way with our CRM, HubSpot, to manage pipeline, forecasts, and opportunities

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a comparable qualification
  • 2 years' professional experience in new business, digital sales, or business development
  • Strong network among marketing decision-makers and advertising or digital agencies (ideal)
  • Technical and/or conceptual experience with advertising technologies (optional)
  • Solution-oriented, independent, and proactive working style
  • Empathy, strong values, and tactful interpersonal skills
  • Fluent German (C2 level); good English is a plus
