Responsibilities
Define requirements for rolling out consistent formats, templates, and content quality standards to ensure documentation and training materials meet market-readiness expectations.
Establish audit requirements and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory needs.
Develop process tools, including standardized process flowcharts and RACI matrices for the organization’s universal process library.
Support long-term maturity by driving continuous improvement and scalable content processes over the next years.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in process engineering, quality and/or compliance experience (incl. ISO 9001)
Experience in process mapping / mining, running SPC and related data analysis
Ideally, an understanding or experience in technical information management for a rough understanding of content strategy and knowledge management in large enterprises
Bachelor’s: Engineering, Business process/ Quality or similar management, technical communication/ knowledge management
