Responsibilities
- Support the technical management of our shopping center
- Ensure smooth operation of the property together with our facility technician team
- Monitor and control all building services and systems
- Analyze and rectify technical faults and organize necessary maintenance measures
- Plan, commission and supervise maintenance and inspection appointments
- Coordinate and support internal construction measures, e.g., during tenant changes
- Oversee maintenance and repair works on the property
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, technical guidelines and fire safety regulations
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a technical or skilled trade, preferably in electrical engineering or gas/water installation
- Experience in property management, ideally also in construction and project management
- Hands-on mentality, solid technical understanding and practical skills
- Proven experience performing repairs and maintenance
- Willingness to work flexible hours (shift work, weekends and on-call duty)
- A valid driving licence (car)
