Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of facility, asset and relationship management for a portfolio of properties
- Ensuring operations, maintenance and vendor management standards are met
- Direct accountability for overall property operations, cosmetic appearance, technical oversight, and fiscal management
- Establish a strategic forecast for operating and capital improvement budgets
- Oversee third-party service providers responsible for preventive maintenance and reactive work order completion
- Development of an annual capital improvement budget
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Facilities Management, Real Estate Management or related field, or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Master's Degree (preferred) OR equivalent experience (required)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Real Estate/Facilities Management (required)
- Financial services and/or retail organization experience (preferred)
- Professional Designation (RPA, FMA, CPM, CFM) (preferred)
