About the role

  • Site Manager responsible for managing operations, quality, and client relations at Handicall. Leading the team and ensuring performance aligned with company objectives at the site level.

Responsibilities

  • Full member of the company's Executive Committee
  • Work with all company functions to ensure operational performance
  • Responsible for organizing and reporting on site activities
  • Client point of contact for service delivery follow-up
  • Prepare and run weekly production meetings
  • Manage teams and develop the skills of Team Leaders
  • Act as the interface between company management and the site
  • Ensure deployment of the quality management system

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Customer Relations or a field specific to the industry
  • Previous team management experience
  • Customer- and results-oriented
