  • Design logistics solutions and help customers solve complex supply chain challenges
  • Oversee the successful completion of day-to-day account commitments
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute pricing strategies
  • Proactively identify issues, consult with customers, and implement effective solutions
  • Manage customer expectations through the creation and use of performance metrics
  • Collaborate on business reviews and contribute to or lead customer meetings
