About the role

  • Account Manager managing client portfolios in experiential marketing agency. Responsible for client relations, project management, and financial oversight in event operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple mid-size clients ($250K–$500K annual revenue) and their Experiential Marketing portfolios.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project deliverables and client communication.
  • Collaborate with global estimating, field services, operational teams, and fulfillment centers.
  • Prepare proposals, correspondence, workback schedules, and project plans.
  • Ensure all projects meet deadlines, show rules, and quality standards.
  • Travel approximately 20% to support client activations.
  • Maintain accurate project and financial records in Impact XM systems.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of ≥40% gross margin on projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of experience in account coordination, project management, or similar roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Strong problem-solving and business acumen.
