About the role

  • Temporary Finance Analyst role supporting financial operations and reporting accuracy in Querétaro, Mexico. Collaborative role with hands-on experience in core finance processes and cross-functional partner exposure.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting Daily Financial Analysis — Deliver routine financial and managerial reporting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate and statutory requirements.
  • Executing Core Accounting Activities — Perform accounting and administrative tasks while following internal procedures and compliance standards.
  • Identifying Improvement Opportunities — Observe processes closely to recommend simplification, standardization, or automation ideas.
  • Contributing to Continuous Improvement — Support activities related to ongoing improvement projects and special information requests.
  • Ensuring Compliance and Controls — Assist in internal control testing to help maintain governance and risk – management standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related business field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related areas.
  • Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with SAP or financial planning systems is a plus.
  • Ability to deliver accurate financial analyses and reporting.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
