About the role

Responsibilities
- Own the numbers—the financial model is yours. Forecasts, scenarios, cash runway, sensitivity analysis.
- Run the machine—Month-end close across two entities. Payroll in four countries. Multi-currency treasury. Intercompany accounting. Revenue recognition on a subscription model. Billing and collections. Commission calculations.
- Build the team—You'll hire and lead a small finance team—probably 1-2 people focused on finance operations.
- Be in the room—You'll be in leadership meetings, challenging assumptions, flagging risks, and helping the business make better decisions.

- SaaS/subscription revenue model experience
- Multi-entity, multi-currency operations
- Strong FP&A skills—can build and own the model
